Marketing Director/Volunteer Coordinator

Providence Housing didn't need a full-time marketing director when they "hired" Creative Dimensions. They needed someone to help manage their big five-year Gala and all that goes with planning a major event - managing the committees, the fundraising auction, in-kind donations, sponsors, site management and contract negotiations, and signage. That was six years ago.

 

As their marketing director, Marty manages their ongoing marketing, creative, and volunteer efforts on a part-time basis, including print and digital advertising for 27 properties across five counties in New York State. This encompasses the following:

  • Event management (groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting events, fundraising events)

  • Content development (press releases, event materials, some social media)

  • Advertising (print, digital, social)

  • 3rd party listings for properties

  • Website management and editing

  • Photography

  • Graphic design

  • Printing and vendor management
