Smart creative.

It's designed to work and make the customer take action, it's not just cool looking. It comes from research and testing, listening and learning.

This is my 29th year in the marketing and advertising industry. My career started at Buck & Pulleyn, one of the largest agencies in Rochester, NY. I rocked it working in account service with the best of Rochester, helping to manage brands like Xerox, Champion Products, Hickey Freeman, and Columbia Banking.

After several years, I moved on to expand my reach with Citibank Student Loan Corporation as a Marketing Manager working on the "client" side of the business. I helped parents, students, and higher education clients understand financing options for college. I loved working in a large company with lots of resources and making internal and external clients happy. When the company restructured, I decided to head back to the agency world, this time moving to a database marketing company, Sigma Marketing Group (known now as Sigma Marketing Insights).

As an Account Relationship Manager at Sigma, I learned the ins and outs of direct marketing. Understanding your audience(s) and learning how to gather information and target better is the key to driving successful campaigns. It was fascinating. When I wasn't directly managing clients like Citizens Bank, ADP, Frontier Communications and Global Crossing, I developed new business proposals for prospective clients. I loved learning about new businesses and what makes them tick. I also learned that  what makes me tick is smart creative. I love the way the right words and graphics come together in advertising and marketing campaigns to inspire a reaction from someone. I left Sigma to work at a smaller agency and decided it was time to start my own business not long after.

With two small children to raise, I started Creative Dimensions Photography & Design while working from home. I dug back to my roots in art and communications (from college) and started photographing events, weddings, family portraits, and designing brochures and promotional pieces. After 10+ years of shooting weddings and events, I decided to focus more on marketing and graphic design. I changed the business name to Creative Dimensions Marketing & Design and continue to learn in a changing market.

No matter what kind of business you have, marketing is the key to success. If you need help developing your brand and marketing your business, products or service(s), let's talk.
